Top dining reservations you need to secure
It's Paris, the perfect excuse to get dolled up and throw on that dress in the back of your closet that you have nowhere to wear. In every spot we dined below, you saw people in casual dresses to cocktail dresses. Please choose what you are comfortable wearing, and remember you are in Paris; it's the perfect time to be glamorous.
There are so many great places to dine in Paris. It can be overwhelming to know which one to choose. Here is where we at and how I found the best spots.

Ask your waiter what the 'must-have' items are on the menu. If they stumble, then I recommend you stick with your selections. But if they feel passionate about something, give it a try. You have a very good chance it will be yummy.
Finding the best spots
I love researching dining locations when I travel, but not everyone does. Most hotels will have a concierge, and if you give them what type of food you are looking for and any price restrictions, they will do a great job of coming up with a recommended list for you. I typically take that list and bump it up against the restaurants I have researched that sound interesting to me. My final reservations typically come from a combination of the two.
Where to make dinner reservations
1. Andia
A Latin-inspired restaurant was probably the best food we ate on the trip. Our waiter was amazing, the vibe and atmosphere of the restaurant were super cool and fun, and we LOVED every single dish we had. You can dress a little more casually here if you prefer. It is more of a trendy spot.
What we ate:
Bao buns- I am still dreaming about these. They were so different than any bao bun I have ever eaten.
The Salmon pizza, was so delicious and fresh.
Red tuna ceviche was also fresh and delicious.
Combinado - shrimp, pork, and rice. This was also very good.
We let our waiter recommend it, and we followed all of their suggestions! I would go back and order this same meal again. Also, if you like to wine pair, ask your waiter for suggestions. You can always have one glass with your appetizers and another for an entree or dessert. So if you switch between seafood and pasta or beef, you can still pair according to the course.

2. Gigi
This was a lively yet elegant spot. They even had musicians walking around the restaurant. It was brightly lit, which was great for taking photos. We enjoyed everything we ate. They are known for their pasta dishes. Also, if you can secure a spot by the window, you can see the Eiffel Tower. Make sure you step outside before or after your meal for a selfie with the Eiffel Tower in the background. The door is just before the hostess stand. During the warmer months, you can also secure a table on the patio. I saw plenty of women in cocktail dresses at this restaurant.

If you like Sauvignon blanc wines, I highly recommend you try a glass of Sancerre wine. It's delicious and a bit smoother in the finish. (pictured above).

3. Le39V
A Michelin-star restaurant in Paris. French fine dining with a hidden entrance. Very modern and posh restaurant. The food was excellent, and the presentation and service were amazing. You had the option of a chef's menu or a la carte. They also had a pigeon on the menu and recommended it, but if you watched my IG stories (highlight reel), you are familiar with that experience.
They also have a sister restaurant, Monsieur Bleu, that is not a Michelin star but also has a view of the Eiffel Tower. In the warmer months, I recommend going there for lunch or brunch and sitting on the patio.

One thing that was surprising in Paris was I never saw a menu item for over $50. Prices were very reasonable, and most restaurants do not open their doors until 7 pm and serve until midnight. So make sure you take that into account throughout your day.
4. Girafe
A MUST-do is Girafe, The hardest reservation to get in Paris, with the best patio view of the Eiffel Tower. Because it sits right beside the Eiffel Tower. But it has enough privacy that you do not realize there are thousands of tourists walking on the other side of the shrubs. The service was wonderful, and the food was very good. I would say this was not our favorite food, I will not be craving anything we ate here, but it was very good.... HOWEVER, the VIEW here and the experience were unmatched.
My hotel concierge secured this reservation for me as I had been unsuccessful. And what a table we were able to get. Our reservation was at 7:00, and we were able to have a view during the day as well as watch the sunset. AMAZING!!
The wait staff is very used to taking photos throughout your meal, so do not hesitate to ask. Also, make sure you are sitting with a view of the tower; the couches may be more comfortable than the chairs, but who cares when you get to stare at her all night!!
And don't forget she sparkles every hour on the hour at night, so do not hurry through your meal.
